Based on where Twinbrook is located, it is very easy to get on and off of 355 or get over to 270. A lot of people like the neighborhood because it's easy for commuters. You're not far at all to get to public transportation, and then you're also easy access to everything that is the DMV area. So that's jumping on I270, that's jumping on the Rockville Pike, 355. It can get you to anywhere that you need to get to in the local area.
Community:
It is a very diverse community. There are a lot of people that are drawn to this area for different reasons, and whatever the case may be, but with us being so close to the nation's capital, it brings in people from all over the world. Being in the Twinbrook neighborhood brings a big cultural melting pot of different people, different cultures, different backgrounds. That's one of the pros to the neighborhood.
Transportation:
I hinted on it before, but access to public transportation. A lot of people utilize the metro and what have you to get down to work, whether it's in D.C., Bethesda, Chevy Chase, wherever they're looking to go, a lot of people jump right on public transportation. So being in the Twinbrook neighborhood where there is a metro stop there, and that is a major plus for a lot of people who live there.

Now, the cons
What's all the bad stuff about Twinbrook? This is what you really came to the video for.
Traffic:
There is traffic. You're in the DMV, you are in a major hub. You're in the heart of Rockville. You have very easy access to get on and off of the highway, whether it's 355 or if it's I270. But with that comes the traffic. The traffic. There are a lot of people who live there who jump in their cars to commute to work. There's traffic. If you're considering the Twinbrook neighborhood, there's traffic. Just letting you know.
Noise:
With traffic comes noise pollution. It can be loud in different times a day in Rockville, especially in the Twinbrook community. Don't say I didn't warn you. It is a bit limiting when it comes to types of houses there. Not to say that there's anything wrong or bad with the neighborhood or with the housing, but it is just limited. You're not going to get a wide variety of different housing types when you're in that neighborhood. Twinbrook is not an inexpensive neighborhood to live in. There are some nice homes there. It is a very nice community and based on the location where you're at, proximity to Washington D.C., you're in Rockville, which is the county seat for Montgomery County. It brings a lot of people because of a lot of the things that we've already talked about in this video, but also there's a lot of big employers here in Rockville, so that brings more people here.
Cost:
It ain't cheap. It ain't cheap. It ain't cheap. If you're considering Twinbrook and you think that you're going to be in some popping downtown D.C. kind of nightlife vibe, you're not going to get that there. The Twinbrook neighborhood is a suburban neighborhood. You're not going to get all of the inner city living when you're in the Twinbrook neighborhood. So if you're expecting some crazy off the wall nightlife, this ain't it.
