Blunt Commons also known as Seneca Overlook is a residential neighborhood in Germantown, MD. Blunt Commons is made up of single family detached homes as well as townhouses. It is in close proximity to shopping and dinning which includes being 7 miles from the Clarksburg Premium Outlets. The neighborhood is located just off of Middlebrook Rd which gives you easy access to I-270. It is a quick 10 mile commute to get to the Shady Grove Metro which is the preferred mode of transportation for many to get into the District. The community has trails for that wind through the neighborhood giving residence opportunities to spend time in the great outdoors.
