Living in Germantown - Destiny Road

If you've thought about living in Germantown, Destiny Road may be a community to check out if you are in search of a townhouse. This community is made up of approximately 160 townhomes. The majority of them are 3 level back-to-back townhouses that are constructed on a concrete slab so they do not have basements or back yards.

The garage townhouses are situated around the edges of the community and offer walkout basements. The community home sizes run from 1,800 sq. ft to approximately 2,500 sq. ft for some of the garage homes. There is a tot lot for the kids. 2 sets of dumpsters around the community for convenience. The HOA fee is on the lower end and gets you into the Manchester Farm Community Pool (largest public pool in the area) along with snow removal and getting the grass cut.
