When buying a house, or watching HGTV, you might hear people talk about due diligence. What is due diligence? Essentially, it’s doing your homework and investigating the details of an investment you’re looking to make. In home buying this is the time allotted to check out the property by having licensed pros weigh in.

This is when home inspections, appraisals, loan applications, etc are conducted. I made a short video explaining how due diligence and contingencies work hand in hand. Check it out HERE.
