Is there an association fee? Could be. And that price could be up to $150 a month. When it comes to amenities in the community, there are two pools, there are two clubhouses, there's tot lots, there's walking and biking trails throughout.

Shopping:

When it comes to shopping, you're close to Clarksburg Village Center, so you have all that that offers. And that would include dining with things like GrillMarX, Villa Maya, all those things. You have a grocery store there, Harris Teeter.

Access & The walk score is a 47 and the bike score is a 54. So once again, you are in close proximity to where you can walk to some of the things that you would like to do. It's a little easier on the bike, but you probably are still going to want to have a car because if you need to get to anything outside of right where you're at, you're going to need to drive. There is the Ride On Bus system, but there is some limitations to that.

If you have school-aged children, you might want to look into the MCPS website on school assignments to see which school your house would be assigned to on whatever property you're looking to buy.
